To participate in this event please complete the following form. For under 18s the form must be completed by a Parent or Guardian.  Please read the booking terms and conditions detailed.

Booking Terms & Conditions

 

Booking -  Booking for anyone under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian.  All under 18 on the date of the event must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.

 

Payment - via card on line payment - or bank transfer. Details provided after booking.

Cost       Adults £12.00          Under 18 £8

 

Cancellation – if you need to cancel, please do so no later than two weeks before the event  via e-mail. We will try to reallocate your space and provide a refund. Cancellations after that time will not be refunded.

Should GVA not be able to run the event a full refund or place on another event will be offered.

 

Drug Test -  As non record status there wont be testing.

 

Photography - In line with the recommendation in the AGB safeguarding Children and Young People Policy, those who wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the Tournament Organiser on arrival. No unauthorised photography will be permitted.

The Club will take pictures of the event, to be published on our website and in shoot reports.

 

Data Protection - All data provided will be used only to run the event and will be safertly disposed off afterwards.
