Sunday is our monthly Target Day where we have the field available from 10am.
The purposes of these Target Days is for those that wish too can work on their classification and gain Bowman badges. There will be a range of distances so should suit all abilities.
On Sunday from 10-1 we will be running a choice of Weston’s:-
New Western (48 arrows at 100y and 48 at 80y) or a
Long Western (48 arrows at 80y and 48 at 60y) or a
Western (48 arrows at 60y and 48 at 50y) or a
Short Western (48 arrows at 50y and 48 at 40y) and that’s 96 arrows.
They will run simultaneously so you can do only one.
For those who wish to participate please turn up at 9.30 to help set up and we ask for £2 to cover the extra cost of longer field hire.
Then at 2pm to 4pm (on this occasion due to committee meeting) we will have the normal shoot but for those who wish to do another classification round we will be running a choice Warwick’s:-
New Warwick (24 Arrows at 100y and 24 at 80y) or a
Long Warwick (24 Arrows at 80y and 24 at 60y) or a
Warwick (24 Arrows at 60y and 24 at 50y) or a
Short Warwick (24 Arrows at 50y and 24 at 40y) that’s 48 arrows.
Again they will be shoot simultaneously so you can only do one.
